BRIEF: To deliver a modern, safe and durable electrical system for independent elderly residents.

This large development consists of 50 apartments and a community centre which will be occupied solely by elderly residents. These high quality units are designed with the particular requirements of elderly users as the main priority. A centralised 24hr control system monitors each unit for smoke/heat alarm activation, Co alarm activation, intruder detection and also has a direct voice link to an off-site control room where residents can seek help.

Reid Electrical completed the full installation of this development from initial site services to individual units, street lighting, lift installations, centralised satellite systems, fire alarms and central monitoring systems.
